Primary logo: A fully custom logo mark designed to be the recognizable face of your brand across every context, such as digital, print, and beyond.
Secondary logos & submarks: Alternate lockups and simplified marks (horizontal, stacked, icon-only) for flexible use wherever your full logo won't fit.
Personalized color palette: A carefully selected set of primary and secondary colors, complete with hex, RGB, and CMYK values chosen for both aesthetic cohesion and following WCAG accessibility guidelines.
Typography system: A curated hierarchy of 2–3 font pairings with clear guidance on how to use each (headings, subheadings, body copy, and accents) for consistency across every touchpoint.

Timeline:
Runs four weeks from start to launch.
Once your project is booked and your deposit is submitted, you'll receive a client questionnaire to complete before we get started. From there, the process unfolds over three to four weeks beginning with a discovery call and brand strategy document, moving into logo design and identity development, and closing with full delivery of your brand guidelines PDF and complete file package.
Two rounds of revisions are included: one during the logo concept phase to refine direction, and one at the end to address any final adjustments across the full identity. Revisions are collected in writing and are scoped to refinements within the approved direction.

Once your project is booked and your deposit is submitted, you'll receive a client questionnaire and a content checklist outlining everything you'll need to gather before the web design phase begins, such as copy, photography, and any existing assets.
The process moves in two sequential phases: starting with building the brand identity, then pivoting to building the website. You will fully approve the brand before we begin building the website, which keeps both phases clean and prevents rework. Two rounds of revisions are included for the brand, and two for the website — one during design and one before launch. Revisions are collected in writing and are scoped to refinements within the approved direction.

Timeline:
Once you've purchased and submitted your business name along with any relevant details, your completed brand kit is delivered within ten business days. You'll receive a single download link containing all files, organized and ready to use.
There is one round of revisions included, limited to your wordmark to adjust spacing, sizing, or a lockup if something isn't working for your specific name. The color palette, typography system, marks, and overall design direction are set and are not customizable as part of this offering.
If you need something more tailored to your specific vision, The Trust Foundation package might be a better fit.

The Partnership
With The Partnership package, you may reserve a set number of hours each month applied across a range of design needs at a discounted hourly rate. Because the work builds on your established brand foundation, execution is faster, more consistent, and more considered than starting fresh with someone new.

The specific deliverables are scoped at the start of each month based on what you actually have coming up. Unused hours do not roll over.

Turnaround time for deliverables: small assets within two business days; larger pieces within five business days.
Retainer clients must have an existing brand identity before we begin, either a Wellfolk Design project or a complete brand system from another designer. This work builds on a foundation; it doesn't create one.

In most cases, no. Layering new design onto a foundation that was built on a different strategy tends to create more inconsistency, not less. If you're unsure whether your current brand can be built on, we can talk through it on a call.
The only package that would work successfully with your existing brand is the Creative Retainer. Please check the deliverables section for what options are available.

We build on Squarespace. It's a robust, well-supported platform that's manageable for non-designers. You'll be able to update your own content, add pages, and make changes without needing to hire someone every time. It also handles hosting, security, and mobile responsiveness out of the box. If you're currently on a different platform, we can talk through what a migration might look like and whether it makes sense for your situation.

Yes. A deposit is required to hold your project start date, and the remaining balance is broken into installments throughout the project. We'll outline exactly what that looks like in your proposal.
